AppCrew is a small, senior software team in Ludhiana, India. We build mobile apps and custom software for founders, then stay on the hook for what happens after launch. You work with the same people for the life of the product.
Why AppCrew exists.
I’ve spent over ten years building software. I started AppCrew in 2022 after watching too many founders get burned the same way: someone builds their app, ships it, sends the invoice, and disappears right as the real problems start. Payments fail, the app crashes at 2am, a new phone breaks something, and the one person who understood the code has stopped picking up.
So AppCrew works the other way. One team learns your business, builds your product, and is still around a year later when something needs fixing or the next version is due. The rest of how we work follows from that.

Launch day is the middle of our job. Fixes, updates, edge cases, and the next version are part of the same engagement, without a separate contract to chase.
You own everything
The code, the accounts, and the app belong to you from day one. Nothing sits in our name that you would have to ask for back.

We keep AppCrew small on purpose. From the first call onward you deal with the people doing the work: experienced developers, led hands-on by the founder. We bring in specialists when a project needs them, and one team you can name stays accountable throughout.
