Who we are

AppCrew Technologies is a sole proprietorship of Lakshay Goyal, based in Ludhiana, Punjab, India. This policy describes how we handle information collected through this website. For anything privacy-related, contact us at info@appcrew.in.

What we collect

Contact form data. When you send us a message through the contact form, we collect your name, phone number, email address (if you provide one), and your message. This information is stored in our Notion workspace and used only to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell it, add you to mailing lists, or share it with third parties beyond the service providers listed below.

Usage data. We use Firebase Analytics (a Google service) to understand how visitors use this site. Firebase may set cookies and collect usage data such as pages visited, approximate location, and device information. See Google’s privacy policy for details on how Google processes this data.

Service providers

We use a small number of services to run this website: Vercel (hosting), Notion (storing enquiries), Resend (email notifications about new enquiries), and Google Firebase (analytics). Each processes data only as needed to provide its service.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any project that follows from it. Analytics data is retained according to Firebase’s default retention settings.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Email info@appcrew.in and we’ll act on your request promptly.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be noted clearly.
