LeadTailor is a B2B sales prospecting tool. A sales team feeds it their company details and a contact list, and it sends each prospect a personalized video pitch. You run a full campaign in minutes instead of days.
The problem
Cold outreach reaches people who ignore it. Generic emails do not earn a reply, and the manual research before each pitch burns hours a rep does not have. Teams also struggle to match the right product to the right contact, so prospecting turns into a game of chance. LeadTailor takes on all three problems at once.
What we built
- Product mapping. The AI reads your offerings against each prospect and picks the best fit, so a rep skips the research.
- Sales scripts. From that match, the AI writes a pitch shaped to the contact and the product.
- Video generation. Each script becomes a finished sales video with a digital avatar, no recording or editing. ElevenLabs powers the voice.
- Campaign builder. You set the video style, colors, and avatar, choose your audience, and send.
- Personalized email hook. Every email carries a video thumbnail with a play button, framed on a scene that shows the prospect's photo, name, and company logo.
- Review and regenerate. You preview each video before it goes out and regenerate any that miss.
- Performance tracking. You follow email responses, video views, and QR code scans from one dashboard.
We built the front end in Next.js and deployed it on Vercel. ElevenLabs handles the voice generation behind the videos.
How we worked
You saw a usable build every week. Feedback went to the engineers who write the code, with no account manager in the middle. The team that builds the product is the team that maintains it.
The outcome
LeadTailor runs as a live web app. A rep signs in, describes the company, selects a contact list, and sends a campaign of personalized videos. You review each video before it ships, then track how prospects respond and refine from there.
